30 year fixed mortgage rates down just a tad today

Mortgage rates improved just a tad today. Almost every program's interest rates remained the same except for the conforming 30 year fixed mortgage. Conforming 30 year fixed mortgage rates dropped from 5.125% to 5%, down an 1/8. Conforming 30 year fixed rates are still up from record lows in the mid 4's and are expected to continue to rise through 2010.
