30 Year Fixed Rate Edges Up to 4.625%

Prices of Mortgage Backed Securities have risen over the past 24 hrs pushing mortgage rates up. The 30 year fixed conforming mortgage rate rose an 1/8% yesterday to 4.625%. MBS prices today are down slightly and mortgage rates which move their opposite are at risk to go up further.
