30 Year Fixed Mortgage Rate Up Again. Now at 4.75%.

30 year fixed mortgage rates rose again this time from 4.625% to 4.75%. Current mortgage rates overall are up from Monday morning 1/4%. The current 15 year fixed rate is 4.25%. The current 5/1 ARM rate is 3.625%. The current 30 year fixed FHA rate is 4.75%, the same as conforming. The current 30 year fixed mortgage mortgage rate is 5.75%. Prices of mortgage backed securities continue to decline causing the spike in mortgage rates. Pending home sales are at a 2 year high as the real estate market continues to strengthen.
